What an awsome revelation. It is easy to fall in to that type of thinking when one is trying to simply comply with company standards instead of meeting a customers needs. Great article! It's an eye opener!

Eric:

Your message reminds me of the first time I was coached to 'smile' while making phone calls for Life Insurance appointments. This idea seemed quite absurd at first. As I experimented with this 'dumb idea' I began to realize that the physiological act of smiling eventually did something to my attitude and it was magically transferred to my voice.

This is a great piece and should be a gym class POSTURE 101 lesson that is drilled into freshmens minds during the first week of high school. Can you say freshmen anymore or whould it be freshpersons?

I tweeted your article because I wanted to share it. I thought it was worthwhile. I am enjoying your writings.

Great work Eric. I love Ace of Sales too. It really does help create those lasting relationships and assists with helping you grow your online business too. I'm sure your clients will enjoy sending postcards, greeting cards and watching the video clips of Jeffrey Gitomer himself

Bravo! Bravo! Judging by the number of "new" businesses that startup and are gone again in a year or less, I'd guess there are a number of proprietors who could not get a "Message to Garcia". Sticktoitiveness and productive imagination seem to be rare human characteristics. That criticism being given, I'd better get back to my business at hand!! Thanks for the reminder, Eric.

Read it!! How much more we would all appreciate, enjoy and achieve if we understood the relationship between freedom and opportunity; between failure and success. God has indeed granted us truth and freedom - not license - but true freedom! May we forever be thankful! Thanks for sharing your tribute.
